Giving back helps our club do more than ride, it lets us leave tracks
Purpose
The Paul Bunyan Riders Snowmobile Club is committed to supporting the communities that support us. Our goal is to allocate a portion of our annual revenue to give back to local organizations and causes that align with our mission — promoting safe, responsible snowmobiling and strengthening our community.

Giving Guidelines
Annual Limit: Up to $1,500 per year
Per Request: Up to $250 per donation
Budget Cap: Not to exceed 2% of annual revenue
Donation requests are reviewed by the club’s Board of Directors monthly as needed.

Evaluation Criteria
Requests will be evaluated based on:
- Alignment with our mission and values
- Benefit to the local community or snowmobiling community
- Impact and clarity of purpose
- Financial need
- Past relationship with the club (if applicable)
Application Process
- Applications accepted year-round
- Submit at least 4 weeks prior to your deadline to allow for review, approval and delivery of payment
